I have searched your site and have been unable to find the correct replacement part for my windows. I have several of these pieces that have broken, and I am reluctant to open windows for fear of having more of them break. the code on my channel balance is 26 5 EC CMC 2 the channel is almost 27" but is 26" from the ends of the guide. it appears to use guides 19-002 & 15-002
