weight for my channel balance
Hi, I do not know what its the stamp option for my windows since my stamp does not match any of the stamp options. my channel balance has printed C 24 2 for the big window and for the small window C 24 1. Not Sure What to Order
Looking to order replacement balances for non-tile aluminum windows. Have removed balances from one window and included photos of top and bottom clips (Front and Rear views). Balances are 1/2" wide and 24" long, stamped 2320. Please advise part numbers to order. Thanks, Stu

My window balancers have the following code on it: k 23-1 Do you carry these? I need a pair I attached several photos of the two balancers that have a (k 23-1) stamped on each. The overall length of each balancer from tip to tip is 24 3/4"

It says on it. 2310 24" long 5/8 by 9/16" as you can see the ends are particular. I believe you have these but I want to make sure. a 377 I believe. Thank you. Cathy

The #on the metal is 2320 and the metal without plastic ends is 24". I will need 2 to repair one window

I have a channel that needs to be replace , from my research I need a S377-24 , the sash weights 25lb. The broken channel is labeled 23D as in the picture, but on you website I didn't find it. I only saw the option 2350. Can I use option 2350 to replace the 23D?

I have most of the parts identified but the measurements on the bottom shoe are a tiny bit different. I included 4 images. It looks most like the 15-005 but that does not have the split like mine.
