The balance measures 24 inches not including the plastic ends. It also has a stamped number - 23-1 d.

I have two windows with the 3020v 31" and six windows with the 2320v 24" balances. I need both sides in each window. Thank you!Robert

Hello, Can you please try and identify the type of Channel Balance in the attached photos. The channel is 24 ins long (excluding the top and bottom plastic fittings). It is stamped marked 'C 23-2'. I have a 2320 channel balance (length 24 inches) and i am looking for what series to buy. My problem is to find the right top attachment and shoe attachment. I sent you four pictures for identification. can you help me out with this.

Non-tilt window only markings on the channel balance are 2320 width 1/2" approx 25" long Home was built in 1981

These parts were on the will when the window came down.

I think these are pan am windows. Balance is 1/2" wide and 24" length. Think bottom guide is pretty clear but not sure about top. Also window guides look a little different than what I see on your site. RSVP thank u.

I believe these are Pan Am window parts. The #s on them are 1820 and 2320. Please verify. Thanks! Russ

Good afternoon, i am having diffuculty identifying which replacement part to choose. the current balances have different Id #`s. one has number 2410 and the other 2320. can you please advise? these are 1/2 inch channel width. thank you in advance

Hello, These are from two similar windows. The sash measures 34" X 25" for the larger one and 34" X 19" for the smaller one. The channel balance measures 9/16" in width. The long one is 24" in length and stamped with 2320. The short one is 18 1/2" in length and stamped with 1820. The shoe is winge ... (cont.)

My balance is stamped (q 23 4 ) it looks like your 385 model being 5/8? but has 7/8? wings on both ends and a 1? shoe on the bottom. Your 385 is showing 15/16? wings and 1 3/32 shoe.
