Length of metal channel is 26". Width of metal channel is 5/8",on flared side and 1/2" on non flared side. I would like to order 2 please.

Hi, I couldn't figure out the style or series. it looked a lot like S385, but it could also be S380 or even S378.It is as far as I can tell 9/16th inch deep. Original from house installed in 2004. Part number says 25" long. If I use the measurement guide, it shows that the bottom flared part is 1" instead of 1-3/32". Please help

I have a 1/2 inch, 26-inch long spring pulley balance. The bottom shoe is 1" wide. I think the spring tension is 25, per the stamp on the spine. I also need replacement guides for the tops of the sash. The nylon has deteriorated and cracked. Thanks! You have a great resource here. ... (cont.)

Good Morning,Looking for help ID'ing this window balance. The stamp says 25-5-AX-CMC-1. The 1/2" metal channel without including the plastic pieces at the end is 26" long. The window weighs 25lbs (maybe that is what the 25 in the stamp is?)Thank you, Steve

I can't find a counter balance with this specific stamp, and need help with identifying a similar product to replace my current one with. It measures as a 1/2" width balance and 25" length.
