Hello! After a lot of research I purchased two new window sashes, 26" Series 385 Channel Balances, but I suspect I was wrong. The 26" part is correct but I think the spring is too strong. My sash only weighs 18.2 lbs. Attached are photos of the old sash. Can you help me ensure I have what I need? ... (cont.)

Hey there, I'm sending pictures for the balancer in my window. At the back I can see numbers 2540 and letters BH1 (or BHI) and PH. The metal section of it measures 26 inches. Can you please help me to identify which one should I order? Thanks, Emir

I need to replace a channel balance. Part is marked: 25 4 KO Caldwell. The metal chanel length without the plastic parts is 26" and the channel width (inside opening) is 1/2" and outer width is 5/8". Unfortunately I can't provide photos of these installed as they both fell out of the window a long time ago. Markings say, "25 4 BL Caldwell." I can provide more photos of different angles if needed.
