S380-26 26" Series 380 Channel Balance

Hello, I need to replace a pair of window balances. The mfg number stamped on the balance is "25 2 KN Caldwell". I believe that the correct replacement part is either a series 380 or 385. I am wondering what comes with these assemblies? Do they come with springs and cords? Please advise. I am not Mr. Handy. Thanks! Bill

My window balance is Milgard stamped 26 4 EJ. Not sure how to translate to your S380-26 options. Thank you.

The replacement window balance you need is the Series 380, 26" balance with the stamp option of 2540.
