Existing balances measure 26" long using your system of measure, with 19-005 top and 15-005 shoe. Sash weight is 10.5 lbs. Existing manufacturer stampis "25 1 IT CMC 2". Shoe attached appears to be 15-005 1" and the top attachment is slightly different than the 19-005.

Item is 26" long X 1/2" wide. Markings on channel are: "2530 BS1 TA " I believe it is your series 380 with 15-005 end piece. Would you please verify this from the pictures I am attaching? Robert

So it appears that the closest offering you guys have for me is too long or too short. The 380 series has the right ends, but my length is 25 and 5/8ths, metal edge to metal edge excluding the clips. Do I need a custom size? My broken balance has 25 4 3SI RH stamped on it.

I'm preparing to order new balances Item #S380-26, but I'm not sure which stamp option to use. The balances I'm replacing are stamped 25 5 with (in much smaller letters) BSI RM. Would this be the 2550 stamp option? Thank you.

Hello, I need to replace a pair of window balances. The mfg number stamped on the balance is "25 2 KN Caldwell". I believe that the correct replacement part is either a series 380 or 385.
