Not sure if I need 380 or 385 balances. Existing balances have 2540 stamped in the frame. Frame lengths are 26". Thanks!

I need a little help finding the right part the channel is 26 inches long I sent pics of the end guides .When I measured the channel it was half inch on one side and the side where you see the spring is 5/8 the closest I came to a part was S380-26 I found no numbers or markings on the old channels ... Hi, I think I have a 26"380 channel balance. The balance does not have a stamp option that I can find. The window size is 40"x30". Please verify model of channel balance (380?) and recommend the stamp option. Thanks in advance

Hello, I need to replace several window channel balances (please see pictures). They are 26 in. long and 1/2 in. wide. They are marked "25 4 KN Caldwell" and are approximately 22 years old. Existing balances measure 26" long using your system of measure, with 19-005 top and 15-005 shoe. Sash weight is 10.5 lbs. Existing manufacturer stampis "25 1 IT CMC 2". Shoe attached appears to be 15-005 1" and the top attachment is slightly different than the 19-005.

Item is 26" long X 1/2" wide. Markings on channel are: "2530 BS1 TA " I believe it is your series 380 with 15-005 end piece. Would you please verify this from the pictures I am attaching? Robert

Hello, I am writing to see what it would take to get 4 replacement channel balances to replace the Unique 25-D-40 ones I have which look like they were made June of 2003(?). I am including pictures and based on what I can see the Series 380 with the 15-005 bottom shoe is the replacement one. But ... (cont.)

So it appears that the closest offering you guys have for me is too long or too short. The 380 series has the right ends, but my length is 25 and 5/8ths, metal edge to metal edge excluding the clips. Do I need a custom size? My broken balance has 25 4 3SI RH stamped on it.

I'm preparing to order new balances Item #S380-26, but I'm not sure which stamp option to use. The balances I'm replacing are stamped 25 5 with (in much smaller letters) BSI RM. Would this be the 2550 stamp option? Thank you.
