Hello, I need to order two replacement valances for my window. I think the spring broke or something. The balance has fallen down and doesn't go up and down with the window. I am not repairing myself, but want to have parts ready when I schedule repairman. Thank you!

Hi,I need to replace 3 channel balances that have broken in 2 of my windows. I am having a hard time determining if I need the S380 or the S385. I am also not sure which option to pick when it asks me to select one of the options between 2510-2570. Please help. Thanks,Erin

Your stamp number correlates to a 27 inch channel balance, stamp option 2640, but if you think you need a series 380 balance I would like you to take a look at something for me.The series 380 and series 385 balances are the same except the shoes. We are trying the determine the correct sized part. It is a Paramount window and the markings on the channel balance are 25-3 E15 CMC 50. We think it measures 1/2" wide and 26" long but are having a hard determining what part that equates to on your website. Any help you can give would be greatly ... (cont.)
