S380-26 26" Series 380 Channel Balance

I need to replace a set of Caldwell 25 4 26" window sashes. Having trouble finding the part in Boise. Please help.John

The number on my old channel balance is 25 4 BN Caldwell. The house was built in 1994. I called a local business and they said the new number for my window channel balance is 2540. Can you help me please.

Stamped on it is: 25 3 DW CWC 4 No other markings Builder thinks it was either Phillips or Milgard when house was built in 2003

I'm not a handy person, but checked out some YouTube videos (including yours) for identifying the right balancers. My windows are all the same size (width/height). They weigh 19 pounds. Hello, I believe this is part S380-26 option 2520 I just want to be sure. The measured channel length is 26'' and the width is 1/2''. Also it has 2520 stamped on the channel as well. Thank you for any help you can provide.

This balancer is sticking and looking to replace it. Single hung window made by Mercer windows who are no longer in business. The photo on the green towel has the item number printed on balancer. 25-2 GD5 CMC 61. The other photos are of the bottom and top of the balancer.

The thread in the window balance on one side of a window broke. The window is about 25 years old so I assume I should probably replace both window balances. Hi,I need to replace 3 channel balances that have broken in 2 of my windows. I am having a hard time determining if I need the S380 or the S385. I am also not sure which option to pick when it asks me to select one of the options between 2510-2570. Please help. Thanks,Erin

Your stamp number correlates to a 27 inch channel balance, stamp option 2640, but if you think you need a series 380 balance I would like you to take a look at something for me.The series 380 and series 385 balances are the same except the shoes.
