S380-27 27" Series 380 Channel Balance

The spare measures approximately 27"on the length ( metal front)

27 inch channel. The numbers printed on the unit is blurry.(See photo) What's missing is a clip that holds the channel.(see photo of the clip from the other side)

Strings broke on these balances, need 2 replacements. Stamped on the balances: 26 5 IU CMC 2

Hi. I need replacement block and tackle channel window balances for my side load sash, single hung window. The string broke so I think it makes sense to replace the entire channel balance instead of replacing some of the internal parts. Hopefully you can tell from my images, but what part do I need? ...
