I need replacement balances for an Alcan. The number the existing balance is 2920 can you tell me what replacement I need? Sorry I don't have a picture to send.

Can you identify the non-tilt window spiral balance? It was from a window build in 1994. The metal casing is 5/8 inches thick and 30 inches long. The spring is about 17 5/8 inches long. Hi, I have used your 30" Series 380 Channel Balance (S380-30 / 2930) for my 29" x 33" double pane sash, and they just barely hold my 23 lb. sash up. The window actually only stays up at about 80-90%, but I think that is better than going up to the next size (2940), which is what my Alcan windows ... (cont.)

The balance has writing that is not too clear in the picture, but says: 29 9 HW CMC 11. There are no numbers I can see on the end pieces ( I need 2 of them for the top left and right of the window. I have 4 Nuair windows where the window channels have failed. I have attached photos. The winows are single hung, the movable sash is apprx. 50" W X 31" T and using a bathroom scale they weigh about 24lbs.
