S380-30 30" Series 380 Channel Balance

The top sash guards have dried up from the sum and broke allowing the balance to go northward. Looks like the top sash guard is your part 8-064. Width at base is 5/8 in. need help with balance.

I need 2 balance springs for an Alcan window. Also two take out clips. The sash is 32 inches high and 52 inches wide. I do not have the old balance springs for this window. Can you help me?

only marking is 2950 BS

I need 6ea-2920 and 4ea-2930. The aluminum frame on both is 30" Your 15-005 shoe is 1" deep . The pictured balance shoe is only 7/8"

I'm a little confused on which 30" Series 380 Channel Balance to use, 2940 or 2950. My window weigHits 27 lb. Please advise. Thank you for your time.

I would like to order the channel balance for my non-tilt window. The width of the leaf is approx 51 inches and the height is about 32 inches. I believe my window's brand is Kinco. The current balance has the following numbers stamped: 29 9 GW CMC 11. Am I supposed to order a 28 or 29 lbs? Are those ... (cont.)

On the attached channel balance the following numbers are stamped: 29 9 EX CMC 11 Could you please let me know what this matched up to, I would like to order several of them. Thank you, Lester

I have 2 window balancers which I need to replace. The writing on them says 29 6 FBS (last letter BSI or RSI) I also need the clips. My clips loos a little different that the one shown. They are have a flat piece that clicks open, not the rounded looking piece (unless that is the back side). ... (cont.)

Can you identify the non-tilt window spiral balance? It was from a window build in 1994. The metal casing is 5/8 inches thick and 30 inches long. The spring is about 17 5/8 inches long. Hi, I have used your 30" Series 380 Channel Balance (S380-30 / 2930) for my 29" x 33" double pane sash, and they just barely hold my 23 lb. sash up. The window actually only stays up at about 80-90%, but I think that is better than going up to the next size (2940), which is what my Alcan windows ... (cont.)

The balance has writing that is not too clear in the picture, but says: 29 9 HW CMC 11. There are no numbers I can see on the end pieces ( I need 2 of them for the top left and right of the window. I spoke to someone in your sales department earlier today about problems with the balances on a Kinco window and was instructed to send photos of the number stamped on the track and the top and bottom of each end.
