30" Series 380 Channel Balance Product Code: S380-30 Not certain as to the strength of the spring. One of my window balances broke and based off your sites recommendation, I will order two, however I'm not entirely sure which to get since my stamp doesn't match anything on your site. I recently ordered S380-30 : 30" Series 380 Channel Balance. While replacing the balance however I noticed that the top sash is also broken. I looked through the website but couldn't find any top sash that has two holes. Attached is the photo

I got a 2006 built home with Kinco Inc (Jacksonville, FL) windows. The balance bars need to be replaced as well as some of the plastics caps on the window and frame. It was stamped with 29 3 JW CMC 11, would you know the equivalent replacement? It seems the 380 with 15004, I assume those are pre assembled with 15005, are those easy to replace?

Hello, I installed the counterbalance and top sash guides with no problems except the window slides down about 50% , I double checked the original CB stamp and it says "30" so my guess is the springs are of a wrong weight. ??? Please advise . Thank You , Mike

It appears to me by looking at your examples that I need a 30" series 380 w/option 2940 (#stamped on my balance). The problem is the shoe. The 1/2" demension is fine but the other one is not an inch it is 7/8". Will this be a problem?

I order balance 380, for some of my windows am thinking the side part thst is attached to window is bad where the window will not stay up
