S380-30 30" Series 380 Channel Balance

I'm attempting to repair several windows. I am unsure how to correctly identify the caps or whether to replace the entire tension bar.

Greetings, I have a Harcar window that needs new channel balances. It is marked only with "29C Z" on the sideplate of the old balance. I have seen this marked as FA-2930 on other websites, but would need to end pieces (plastic clips) to make it complete. Would you need photos? Thanks ... (cont.)

It was stamped with 29 3 JW CMC 11, would you know the equivalent replacement? It seems the 380 with 15004, I assume those are pre assembled with 15005, are those easy to replace?

Hello I have aluminum single hung windows made by milguard on or about 1990 channel length 30" " Width .50" series 380 the stamp reads 29 9 ET CMC 2 I need to know the weight rating

I have matched the dimensions of all of the parts of my channel to your 30" Series 380 Channel Balance, but I need help figuring out which stamp option to choose. As best as I can make it out, the stamp on my existing part reads 29 - 3 EBS1 Thanks for your help!

Hello, I installed the counterbalance and top sash guides with no problems except the window slides down about 50% , I double checked the original CB stamp and it says "30" so my guess is the springs are of a wrong weight. ??? Please advise . Thank You , Mike

It appears to me by looking at your examples that I need a 30" series 380 w/option 2940 (#stamped on my balance). The problem is the shoe. The 1/2" demension is fine but the other one is not an inch it is 7/8". Will this be a problem?

I am not sure of what type of windows but have multiple windows with the same problem. The top sash guides all BREAK making the channel balances not work correctly. The window is a single hung PGT window 52 X 61 3/8 The Metal on the channel measures 1/2" width / 30" length Nymber stamped on channel is: 29 9 (then smaller letters BS1 RV) Can you please advise the proper channel kit to get to repair this window. Thank you.
