Hello, I've narrowed down a match in components, however on the Series 380, you only list metal channel sizes 32 and 33 and so on. Mine measures 32 5/8. So the question is, do I go with the 32 or 33 inch length? Thank you, Gary

I think I need 32" Series 380 Channel Balance parts. I am not sure they are Series 380, but it looks like they have the right top and shoe combination for that part (19-005 and 15-005). I need to replace the window balance for my window. The metal part of the window balance is 32 inch. In the back of it says 31 4 Caldwell JM or it might be IM. The picture is attached. Can you tell me what replacement I need please?

I understand the information you want, but my parts don't match up identically. I need channel balances. The metal channel length measure 31.6 inches so I figure it is a 32" model. It is a 1/2" wide channel and looks the most similar to either your Series S385-32 or S380-32, but I cannot distingu ... (cont.)

I would like to order new window balance. The old window balance is 32 5/8" long. I need an S380 type. The channel width is 1/2". The square hole in the jamb that the terminal clip goes in is 36" from the bottom of the window and 34" from the top of the window. Can someone assist me with placin ... (cont.)

If my window is weighted at 20 lb. and the channel balance is 32" long and 1/2" wide and the top and shoe attachment looks just like the series 380; should I get a pair of 3110 (for ten lb each) or 3120 (for twenty lb total) to replace the two old balancers?
