I've looked through your catalog, and it appears to be similar to the ones you have except for the fact that there is a gap in the middle of the slot that you slide the part on to. Need to replace a pair of these channel balances, seem to correspond to your 380 series, although nothing you offer matches the 3190 stamp. Can you identify/supply replacements?

The cord broke in these and I need to replace them. I'm not sure how to measure the foot (which angle is measured)The slide is 33" long from end to end including the tip and shoe. It has the following printed on it "31 3 HP Caldwell". Thank you for your help.

I am trying to make sure I get the right channel balance. The width of the show is 1 1/8". The top is 11/16". The channel is 1/2". The length of the channel balance (metal part) is 32 5/8". The stamp is 32 space 3. The weight of the sash is 25 lbs. I believe I have a series 380 channel balance 31 ... (cont.)
