Need these replacement parts but do not know the manufacture

We installed American Craftsman single-hung windows in our home in 2006. One of the balances failed. I have 2 windows that need the channel balances replaced. (Need 4 channel balances. I have attached 5 photos. The channel balance is 21 inches long and 1/2 an inch wide. There is a number on the balance that is 2040. Could not find a manufacturer.

Product Code: S390-21 Your max weight stamp available is "2060 27 to 30 lbs" I have a 2120 stamp. I am unsure what the weight is with that stamp. 2120 doesn't seem to be available on your site. My question is will 2060 suffice or can I special order 2120?

Hi, I have a IWC window and it looks like both of the channel balances need to replaced. I attached pictures of one side where you can see the nylon string still attached. These are the parts that slide the window up and down. There is a marking - 2030L BSI I think the windows are milgard. I have several windows of different sizes that also need this part replaced. Thank you so much!

Hi, I have a window that has one broken balance. You can see from the picture that the window has two difference rated balances. Which is weird. Can you please help me identify which new balance I should buy. The window weighs 13.7 pounds. Thanks!

The metal with out the plastic is 21 . i believe the part is called a Channel balance. Window does not tilt
