S390-28 28" Series 390 Channel Balance

I need to replace several balances on 3 windows (so far). The metal channel 28 inches long, and it is not a swinging window. It is stamped 27C. I do not know the weight strength needed. I need to match 4 of these, it looks like a 351 and 390 to me. Any guidance on the correct part would be greatly appreciated. -Andrew

The only stamping is "27D" and "BSL." I don't have a photo of the mechanism installed in the window. If you need it I can disassemble another window and get a picture. I can't tell which specific item available through you folks would be the appropriate replacement. Please advise. Thanks! ... (cont.)

Could you please help to identify this parts? The only stamp I was able to find was "27 D" Also attached the window rail picture. Width of the rail seems about 1 inch. Window is around 30inch tall. Thanks for your help

Standing inside the house the balance that is broken is on the left hand side. Are both left and right sides the same? The balance was broken so I don't have pictures of it all put together

I have 2 windows where the balance on one side is hanging down/disconnected from the hook/spring mechanism. From your mesurment photos this appears to be a 28 inch S390 with a 2740 stamp. However, the 1 1/8 width is 1 3/32. This could be from wear. I'm getting these parts from the floor that fell out during operation of opening the window. The sash guide found, in the pile of parts, does not match any of ... (cont.)

Current (Jordan) windows are terrible to open and close, hoping new sliders will help. These appear to match options on this site but want to get the right ones. The metal part of each piece is 28"
