I need to get a windown balancer ro replace in my window. on the end it says 27 3 there are some letters that might be B.S.I

Marking on balance is 278

1/2" wide metal frame that's 28"long not including the plastic ends. I have 4 windows that all need the same new balances. Thank you.

We took these out of the windows that r currently in my home. It allows the window to go up and down, but currently no working and need to replace them. There is a #2730 on these.

I don't know which track to use. My wife does not have a lot of upper arm strength. There was only one track to be found. The track is 28 not including the plastic ends. Metal piece is 29" width is at 9/16" depth is at 5/8". Stamped on back is "2820" and "B.S.I." I'm not sure if one end or the other of the channel balance has a broken plastic portion as I found the piece in Pic 9 on the window sill.
