Hi there We just pulled these out of our window as we couldn't close it anymore. I, unfortunately, didn't take any photos of them IN the window. The metal frame is almost exactly 28" long and the only markings I can find are "2740 BSI OF" If you need any more info please let me know. Thank you! ... (cont.)

Channel balance is marked 2730T BSI I measures 28 inches long. Please see photos.

The length of the metal portion of the balance is 28 inches.

I just replaced the Caldwell balances on one of my windows. The balance continues to move with the window and will not stop at the takeout clips so that I can remove the window. I have 3 different Channel Balances. All 3 have the same top and bottom plastic ends. The same metal hook. They are 1/2" X 5/8".#1 has 21C stamped on it. It is 22" long. The only markings I can find are 27c. Rod length is 28in

I have a few windows that need the balances replaced. theonly markings on them are 2740 and the other 2140 as shown in the attached photos. What is the order number and cost on these? Thanks, Gary

Block n Tackle Stamped 2740 Window is framed in by shutter installation. I can remove the window out of the sash, but not out of the shutter frame. Will I still be able to set in new balancers???
