Good Evening. I need to(4) Alenco 27.5" window balance with top "black caps".

I don't know which track to use. My wife does not have a lot of upper arm strength. There was only one track to be found. The track is 28 not including the plastic ends. The track is 1/2" and flares out to 5/8" on the bottom. I also need the clip to attach the track to the window sill.Please forgi ... (cont.)

Hello, I'm looking for replacement for my broken balance. The channel is 1/2 wide and 28" in length with stamp B.S.I 27 C. Thank you

Metal piece is 29" width is at 9/16" depth is at 5/8". Stamped on back is "2820" and "B.S.I." I'm not sure if one end or the other of the channel balance has a broken plastic portion as I found the piece in Pic 9 on the window sill.

Hi there We just pulled these out of our window as we couldn't close it anymore. I, unfortunately, didn't take any photos of them IN the window. The metal frame is almost exactly 28" long and the only markings I can find are "2740 BSI OF" If you need any more info please let me know. Thank you! ... (cont.)

Channel balance is marked 2730T BSI I measures 28 inches long. Please see photos.

The length of the metal portion of the balance is 28 inches.

I just replaced the Caldwell balances on one of my windows. The balance continues to move with the window and will not stop at the takeout clips so that I can remove the window.
