S390-29 29" Series 390 Channel Balance

I have identified the channel balance used in my windows. It is 2820 printed on the body of the channel balance. However, I am very confused with the ends of it because there are so many different types of ends and I just cannot find any one like mine. The pictures with dimensions for the top my cha ... Looks to me like this is either a S351 or an S390.I am stumped on the foot as it looks like mine measures 1 1/16", but one foot on the above part numbers is 1" and the other is 1 1/8".There are definitely no wing tabs on either of the top or foot piece.Can you provide some guidance. Balance says 2820 but can't compare it 100% to the choice is given on your website

Looks like it's stamped with 28 A FP Caldwell

The numbers on the balance are 28 3 AJ .They are 29 inches long. l believe, though am not positive , that the windows are Jordan. I need 8 . Thank you for your help. Look forward to hearing from you.

Hi- The steel windows were installed in 1982, when the house was built. The window channel balance is 29 inches long. The code on the side of the spring balance is 2820. We have no idea of the manufacturer of the windows. The depth of the window channel balance is 5/8 inch. I need a price on new ... (cont.)

I need to replace the balances in my windows. The only marking on the channel is the number 2830. The channel is 29" long. The house was built in the mid 1970's. Can you please help me to identify the correct part/number? Thank you

29", 2820Z, maybe in the 1983 when the house was built 2 counts for one window
