S400-27 27" Series 400 Spiral Balance

Looking for 27" 3/8" non tilt spiral balancers with a hook or boot on the bottom that is in the photo. I cant seem to find them on the website. Thank you!

Balance is 27 inches. Bracket is 1 1/2 inches long by 3/8 inch wide

The spiral balance tube is 27 inches long and 3/8 of an inch in diameter, The problem I'm having is with this small foot on the bottom of the spiral balance which measures 2 1/2 inches approximately. Most of the other spiral balances don't have this food that's attached with a rivet ... (cont.)

Hello there - I am fixing up an old double hung wooden window in my garage. I need to replace the the two spiral window balances. the tube is 27" and the bottom has a foot that screws into the bottom of the window. Thanks!

5/8" x 27" with the attached clip. The windows are old Wood windows non tilt.

Please let me know what will be the size and diameter that I need. Also please send me the list of other parts that goes with the balance trying to lock the bottom of the windows. Do you have store in Dallas TX ?

There is not any markings on the balance. The only paper label on the window is series; 1100/1450 SH AAMA/NWWDA 101/I.S/2/97. H-R40-44X84. H-R40-88
