S500-30 30" Series 500 Spiral Balance

There are a total of 8 spiral balances that are broken. I'm not sure they are the proper weight support or not.

the spring measures 3/8 don't know what series to order it is 30" long

Hey This is the upper sash balance. The bottom sash balance is a spiral sash (same as Series 500). The diameter of the sheath (if you like) is 7/16". The length of balance is 29 1/2". Other dimensions are in the pics. I've looked and cannot find anything like this. Cheers Peter

I believe your S500 series is a match for my balance however I do not see a white tip option. My balance is 30" long, 5/8" in diameter for a non-tilt window.

The bracket on the bottom of the window is hard to remove as the screw is frozen and starting to be stripped. Is it possible to install the balance without removing the old bracket. I'm looking to install a spiral balance on a non tilt window. an S500-30 Please help
