S600-12 12" Series 600 Spiral Tilt Window Balance

Windows have spiral balances and plastic shoes. Some shoes seem to be broken and will not hold the balance in place. I believe these are 900 series. They seem like 3/8 thinner type but measure about 1/2" Can you identify the shoe?

Gentlemen, My vinyl windows are dated (on glass mullion/spacer) 81 (1981). They may have been sold through Sears, but I can't be certain. I need a video on replacing spiral balances. I have some extras that I can use and/or need to replace the ones in the current windows. All windows are TG from seasonall.

I have a 30 year old home that has tilt out double hung windows installed. I need to replace the pivot locks but I cannot locate any manufacturer's Product labels.
