Hello, I just wanted some help to identify what kind of shoe and rod I need for this window. I got the size and length of the rod I'm just not sure which one to buy. I thank you in advance for your help

I am looking for four sets of spiral balancers with the appropriate parts to attach to the bottom of the window and slides.

Believe this is pivot bar # 26-428, but can't tell by your picture ifthe end is flanged out like mine. It is from a Quaker Alex J window. Will be looking for pivot balance & sash balances for the same. Thank You, Dan

THe "cam" that the window locks into has broken on one side (in 2 seperate windows). I am looking for replacement part to match. Jeld-wen has of course discontinued this model. Thank you, Randy

the spiral balance is 12 inches long and has a red tip, the pivot shoes have 530C on them. Can you tell me what I need

Hello, I did not know that replacing my window balancers was an option. I just found your site and am really excited that this might be a possibility. Hello, I am having some issues with the windows in a new apartment building I have. I would like to test out replacing the balances on one window and if all goes well, purchase new ones for all windows. I have attached all the pictures your site allows. 2 - New Spiral Balances 31" Tube ... (cont.)

I'm looking to replace the entire balance, pivot bars and pivot shoes on two windows in my home. The window jamb does not have cut outs to easily remove the pivot shoes but I'm concerned the vinyl/plastic components to the jamb will snap if I attempt to use the jamb spreaders. Do you have any sugges ... (cont.)

I'm looking for that type of balancing channel, not even Shute if that's the name for it, it's rounded and for a double hung windows, very old.

How do I go about repairing these? I have 2 windows, only one side is broken on each. Do they both sides need replacing or just the broken side? Is this normal wear and tear? How long do the windows last? Thanks, Lisa S

I'm on the search for window part(s) for a double tilt window ... which I have no clue the model or Make of the window itself :( .. basically window won't stay up and I believe the two identical pieces that are broken are called the shoe pivot lock? I'm looking for four each of the pictured Pivot Lock Shoes (I believe that's what they're called?. I have around ten windows I will be refurbishing in this apartment, and eight apartments in total. I'm using a Jamb Stretcher, which so far is working ok. thanks a lot
