what is the part number for the interlock for a swivel balance it has a black insert compared to the other colors I saw on your website I think it may be 5/8

The windows are by Style Built out of Chicago, installed over 20 years ago. The pivot bar is different from the metal ones I am finding on the site. I amreplacing the shoes along with the spiral balance bars. Do you carry a 1/2" Pivot shoe that has the rectangular cutout with no ridges ? Thanks ... (cont.)

When I was opening one of my windows, I had an explosion of plastic pieces. After gathering up the pieces, I determined it was the shoe that broke on both sides. I recently bought my house and notice that several windows no longer remain open without support. When I took the window sash out I noticed that most of them had broken pivot shoes. I need to find a replacement part for a broken tilt latch for a TRACO window. The windows date back to approx 1981. The only identifier I can see on the window is TRA-5-81. See photos attached. which pivot lock shoes and spiral balances should I buy for the replacement?

My spiral balances on 7 tilt windows are plastic tubes and there is no tip. There is a circular guide in the channel (IMG_0226) that will slide in the channel. The pivot shoe is 17/32 thick x 1 1/4" x 2" (15-015?) I have 7 windows with 4 spiral balances each so I assume that I will need 28 of ... (cont.)

Hi, I am looking for the replacement parts of my ALCOA windows which were installed in 1996. There are a couple problems with those windows.
