S600-14 14" Series 600 Spiral Tilt Window Balance

I need three of these. I think I described it right with the dimensions

The t-lock balance show, close cam is busted on all 4 channel balance rods. I would like to replace all 4 block and tackle balance rods. THE bottow window rods ar 16" and the top window rods are 14".

Please note there are 2 sizes of balancers both red tip, require 2 of each size.Require 4 shoes as per image.Thanks Chris

Hi there, Looking for help matching the correct spiral balance. This one is 14 inches in length and has a plastic block on the end that can be slid off. I can't find a video that has my actual issue. I have a tilt window that won't close properly. The top sash drops about 1/4 inch so the locks don't line up, easy to deal with but now when bringing the bottom sash down, the entire sash sits to the left so there's a gap at the top right of the sash.
