S600-30 30" Series 600 Spiral Tilt Window Balance

Hello, I need a replacement spiral balances for an Alcoa tilt window. It has a 3/8"x30" plastic tube. The actual metal spiral piece is 31" and the tip is white (as seen in the picture.) Can you help me find the right replacements? Thank you in advance for your help!

Just received my replacement Spiral Balances. Based on your front page selection process it indicated I needed a 30" Series 900. I recently purchased a 2 family house. I identified the window balances as the 600 series spiral balance. It just seems strange to me that none of the windows will stay up in the entire house! Could they all be broken and need replacing or do they need to be charged with the winding tool? Any th ... (cont.)
