S600-30 30" Series 600 Spiral Tilt Window Balance

i purchased 307 but the metal version was not supporting the window weight and it would crash everytime. Very similar product. Unfortunately there is no labeling on this balance.

I am looking for replacement spiral balance(s) and a tilt latch. This all started because the window was heavy to lift. It's 15 years old and I can't remember if it was ever easy. There is a metal spiral piece inside of a plastic sleeve about 1/2 inch in diameter. The part that attaches it to the window frame is plastic, too. It is almost 30 inches long.

I believe I need to replace the 30 inch, red tipped, 5/8 " swivel balances in my old vinyl windows which are currently like guillotines. Ouch! Does this mean I should automatically replace the pivot shoes also and how do I know which size pivot shoe to use? Thank you!
