Looking for replacement pivot shoe and spiral balances for a double hung tilt window. The pivot shoe appears to be 2.25" tall x 1.25" wide and the spiral balance is 30". Any help finding parts ?

Hi all,I've removed the spirals, and show them in the pictures. Also one picture shows the mounting for the bottom of the spiral to attach to. They look like they are destroyed. window weight is 17.6 pounds esp of florida is the manufacturer measures approximately 29 7/8 " white plactic cover over balance could be 9/16 wide. would a 3/8 work 30" long has two pins in the bottom like the 900 series

MY 30 in 5/8 spiral balance has what looks like a yellow or orange color. The windowis a hurricane rated glass that is 44x30. IM in a condo so it is not convenient to remove and weighthe window.
