21-109 Bifold Door Pin Cap

Hi, we purchased a 1967 mid-century home 10 years ago. In several of the rooms, the door systems need hardware and tracking system replacement. I've taken photos of one bedroom/office that is in the worst shape. Looking forward to receiving advice and guidance. Thank you, Patt

this is my full vu door parts are in good condition could use a set of new caps for the pins and possibly the parts that are in the track that the pins go in so they look new i dont understand what the door is called, i can read igh not sure if that a B or a D lol

I have a small linen closet with bi-fold door (Leigh Full-Vu door part #6956) which is most likely original to the building (from 1960's). I need to replace one of these and also need an extra cap. I have the cap identified and in my cart now with floor/ceiling rail attachment clip. this is my second request for parts - i just sent one for the fixed pin that also goes with this set of doors.

After further investigation, it appears that the top has a metal pin, with the plastic Cap. The top hinge is in good shape. If the lower pin is intact, all I would need to do is to change the plastic Pin Cap. If that is the case, are your experts thinking that the replacement Cap would probably ... (cont.)

I need pin caps for sets of Leigh Full-Vu steel bi-fold doors. The part number on the door label is 6956. I need both upper and lower caps for 20 doors. I would like to send pictures but can't figure out how to send to an internet address. Can you help me with these? Thanks, Jim

my pins or the ones i am looking for are about 5.25 long with a .250 shaft with a groove for a hair pin clip and the cap on the top is about .410

Door has part #6956 on sticker. 1/4 inch hole. Apx 5/8 inch lip. Apx 1/2 inch high. Have tried the Swisscom part # 21-109 fits the pin but the lip is only 1/2 inch do you have any that have a bit larger lip? I work at a nursing home and need quite a few. Nathan J

I have 3 buildings with these closet doors all I have are pins on top and bottom rubbing metal on metal and cant slide the doors. I see there are caps what is needed for the top pin and the bottom pin

Here is a picture of the bottom pin. It is the wrong one as it is too small for the groove. It should be 13/32" wide to fit the groove. Can you help?

Is the lip of the this pin cap supposed to be positioned inside the upper track? On some of my Leigh TruVu metal bifold doors, the in caps are set that way; and for the rest of them, the lip is below the track.
