I have a customer with Loewen (Canadian made) windows all impact rated (beach home) The are channel balance type with 1/2" w x 3/8" deep (hard to measure) 20 - 25" long (see stamp) balances (stamp is 26) 36 - balances 24" (24" stamp) 12 balances 27" (stamp is 28) The piv ... I believe I have Plygem windows. The boot that keeps the window on the balance is broken on both sides. The window will not stay up. I don't know if I need the whole balance or not? The stamp on the balance says 25C

I have a customer that has wood double hung tilt sash, with jamb liners. the windows will not stay up. You unlock them the top sash slides down, lift up bottom sash it will slide down. I cannot tell by the manufacturer or label if this is the proper series. The stamp options signify different weight tolerances.
