I can't seem to find the type of window balance

27hd mr Not sure what part I need to replace. Window won't stay open.

I have a block and tackle that is labels 27tgx. It is 28" long and the sash weights 30 pounds. I have attached pictures of the ends. Can you please help me with the parts i need. Thanks Mike

'V Brown pic 2' shows the shattered tilt lock. Pictures 'pic 4 and pic 5' show the intact tilt lock from the other side of the same window. I ordered 2 28HD K (29" SERIES 751 CHANNEL BALANCE) and installed them, but I noticed that I needed one for the exterior window, which was marked 28HD K e, which I am assuming means exterior. Hi, I recently purchased a home in NH. The house was built in 2004. I have 3 windows that won't stay up. The only markings I can find on them is (03/12) UNIQUE 27 TG. This marking is on the interior window jam which are the windows that won't stay up. The marking on the exterior window jam if ... (cont.)

My typical double hung window channel balances are stamped labeled 28HDB, for the lower unit, and 28HD for the upper unit. The upper unit balance being 1" shorter than the lower balance so that the channel length does not interfere with the window lug before completely closing. The 28HDB length is 3 ... (cont.)

Is your 751 balancer the correct part for Semco DCS double hung tilt windows? Can I attach my existing shoes so as to not have to wait for a special order with the 15-197 shoe? Are these balancers available in the tan color?

Your rep thought these windows look like tilt window balances, but I don't think so. I think the windows are too old to tilt. What do you think?

We have a broken channel balance. 751 series. Our channel balance does not match your options. The number on the channel balance is DB27REG The balance attaches at the top with a Phillips screw. Please help.

I want to make sure that your 33" Series 751 Channel Balance is the correct product for our windows. We have Bonneville double hung tilt and wash sashes from 2004.
