Hello, enclosed are 2 pictures of spiral balances on one of my windows. The balance tubes are 3/8 wide, and 23" long. The color tip is yellow. I have measured my balance and it is 3/8" x 23 5/8". It has a white tip and it's a tilt window. As you only have balances in even inch measurments, what is the best option to replace my orginal balance?

I am unable to identify end bushing. I weighed the window and it is just under 17 lbs. on a digital postal scale. Thank You, Dennis

My house is over 20 yrs. old and i need new spiral balances and the bearing tip is green,does the color of the tip matter?also the balanc is 3/8 and the length of the tube is 23 and 1/8 i am guessing it is a 23 inch tube.What series balances will i need? Thank you,

The plastic tips at top of both balances on window have broken off and I need replacements. Cannot find any manufacturers name or markings on windows--no idea who made or Installed them. Looks like your S900-23 would be a good match however the tip on broken balances is ivory. Any suggestions? ... (cont.)

window will not stay up. does taking out the spiril balance release the tenison. could the tenison have been lost causing the window not to stay up? I want to order a replacement spiral balance. The original has a white plastic tip. Only red and green come up for choices on your website. The balance is 23" X 3/8". Will the red tip one work?

I am currently replacing spiral balances that keep breaking. They have a red tip, should I buy a stronger grade, Possibly blue tip, to stop them from breaking so easily?
