Current Spiral Balance is 3/8 inches by 23 inches long and weighs 13 pounds. What colored tip should I look for to replace the broken balance.

I have tilt windows made by Ideal Mfg Co. I would like to replace the spring balances:six 23 X 3/8 and six 27 X 3/8tool to turn balance 75-033There are red bushings at the end of the spring tension tubes.

Have a Barricade window that no longer stays open. I think the cylinder (pictured) has gone bad. It is 23" long when closed, then when the spiral screw is let out it is 45 3/4 inches long. Let me know if you any additional info for the part. Thanks!

I think I have identified the correct spiral balance I need. S900-23 (Red tip) but I can't seem to find a pivot shoe that exactly matches the look of the ones I need to replace.
