We are looking for replacement spiral balances, 36" long, and the white plastic window holder

I have tilt windows that are approx. 25 years old. I purchased the house a few years ago and its clear that there was no maintenance done (i.e. the sash pivot bar has rusted and broken off into one of the pivot shoes). I believe that it is a 3/8 diameter 36 inch balance. The clips on both side have rusted off. The balance on one side needs to be tightened. I have to replace the spiral balance and pivot locks on my single hung tilt windows. Beside these parts, it appears I am missing something from my window itself. There does not appear to be anything on he window that would attach to the pivot lock. Is that a replaceable part? If so, do you have it a ... (cont.)

Dominion Window replacement balance spring 36" Model 740 L94-0976 Need 3 sets. Size on attached tag doesn't correspond with springs needed. See attached pictures.

In your notes you say the spiral balances are shipped ready to be charged. What do they need to be charged with?

The color of my 35" or 36"3/8" Spiral Tube Tilt Window balance cannot be determined. The bottom (tilting part) measures 36" high and 32" wide. The brand name of these vinyl windows is not obvious. I need help in ordering the correct window balance. Thank you.
