The springs left and right are broken, do they come separately or with the whole sash? It says 8 A J on the spring.

Yes. I have traco windows installed back in 2004. The one window will not stay up falls and slams right back down. What do I need to replace this. Also my latch's are broken to can you help please. Thank you Craig

Hello, I have attached pics of what I think you need to see. My upper window is in free fall now. The support mechanisms measure approx 5.5" long. The windows are tip in style and dated 2007. We have Gorell windows. On one lower window, the coil spring on each side seems to have broken. (See photos). It has also slammed down hard a few times causing the right corner to separate. I need assistance selecting the correct replacement for a double-hung vinyl residential window balancer. The original balancer has no markings other than a #8 on the balancer housing, there are no markings on the coil. The measurements of the double coil balancer is 4 x 1-1/4".
