The pivot bar measures 2 7/8 inches overall length 5/16 of an inch wide inch and 7/16 to the first hole and 2 3/16 to the second hole. It has 10 on the plastic and spring. The block measures .47 thick 1.250 wide

I need to replace 4 left and 4 right balance coils.

The springs on both sides of the window have broken and the window will no longer stay up. Seems like these should be available parts to replace?

I have an American Craftsman Series 8500, double hung, installed in 2005.It appears that the lower sash coil spring got damaged and doesn't function.I have not yet taken the Pivot Shoe and Coil Spring out to get exact measurements, but it appears to be very similar to your Coil Housing Pivot 15-087 ... One of our six windows in our breezeway we use quite often has recently stopped working.
