I need to replace 4 left and 4 right balance coils.

The springs on both sides of the window have broken and the window will no longer stay up. Seems like these should be available parts to replace?

I believe I erroneously ordered the S140-9. That was not your fault. No resolution will be needed because it was entirely my fault. I would just like to order the correct one moving forward. Window will not stay up

I have an American Craftsman Series 8500, double hung, installed in 2005.It appears that the lower sash coil spring got damaged and doesn't function.I have not yet taken the Pivot Shoe and Coil Spring out to get exact measurements, but it appears to be very similar to your Coil Housing Pivot 15-087 ... Please help me identify the correct pivot shoe for my window. I've attached pics.

Jeld-Wen directed me to your site. While I believe the balances are series 140, I'm not sure about the pivot pins.

One of our six windows in our breezeway we use quite often has recently stopped working. Hi can you tell me the part link for these American craftsman windows spring carriers? They have a 7 on them. The springs snapped. I'd like to get the whole carrier with the spring inside it. Thanks!

Good morning, I am looking for help identifying the atatched window hardware. Appears it is a 2 piece system plus a spring. I would like all of these pieces identified if possible. Also, the window weighs 23lbs. Thanks in advance.
