Hi I have two windows I'm trying to repair that have these slide rails in them with the same tilt thingy at the bottom. I'm not sure what these translate to. I would need 4 rails and shoes for the taller windows and a pair for the smaller window. Thanks!

It's a plane channel, single home, tilt window. It is 38 inches long
