S770-24 24" Series 770 Balance

Have very large windows and my balances are 24E. They are of the 770 Balance style but see that you only carry 24D. Is there another option available? Seeing as these balances have worn out I'm afraid to put in 24Ds

I need a new channel balance and I've got a question about it. I've attached side-by-side pictures of each end of a broken one with a functional one. I'm pretty sure the Series 770 is the replacement I need, but the plastic piece at the top end is shaped a little differently. Would it still work? ... (cont.)

I have a client who has Republic replacement windows purchased in 2006. It appears that a channel balance has broken. I have attached pix but can't determine which series is appropriate. It is 24" long. Can you help? Thanks
