I have a window balance where the aluminum shaft is 24 inches in height 5/8 inches in width the spring inside the shaft is 13 inches last the string is at the least 36 inches in length. There are no identifying marks or names anywhere on window or frame. The only numbers are on the inside window balancer. Please help identify the inside & outside balancers, tilt latch & balance shoe. Is is a new discussion.

A customer of mine has a broken string on their window balance from a Syron window (out of business). Hello I have a balancer that measures 23 7/8 long it is 1/2 x 9/16 wide the stamp says 23C Will your 770 Channel Balance work? My problem is the 23C stamp on my Balancer indicates I should order a 23C but I think your 24C is a better match? lase advise. thanks
