Does the 15-043 come attached?
I am ordering 4 ea. of the 32 series 770 balances (Option 32C) Product Code S770-32. I am assuming that the 15-043 clips come attached to the balances. If true, do I still have to order them as a separate item even though they are attached as delivered?

Balance pulley catches cord
I have in the past ordered a pair of S770 series balance 32" long and the replacement part worked fine. I have a couple more windows that are difficult to lift and close, I am sure the balance needs replacing also. The problem with original balance is the plastic side by side groove pulley splits th ... (cont.)

balances with a lighter tension
Good Morning We are looking for these balances with a lighter tension . It is my understanding that the first number is the length and the second is the weight , is that correct? We need pricing on about 70 of these.
