SHOE PIBOT WITH 32B BALANCE

I am ordering 4 ea. of the 32 series 770 balances (Option 32C) Product Code S770-32. I am assuming that the 15-043 clips come attached to the balances. If true, do I still have to order them as a separate item even though they are attached as delivered?

I have in the past ordered a pair of S770 series balance 32" long and the replacement part worked fine. I have a couple more windows that are difficult to lift and close, I am sure the balance needs replacing also. Good Morning We are looking for these balances with a lighter tension . It is my understanding that the first number is the length and the second is the weight , is that correct? We need pricing on about 70 of these.

I have a very heavy safety glass window (I have no scale so cannot give exact weight, but it is much heavier than windows I am used to).
