S770-32 32" Series 770 Balance

the broken channel balance I have matches to the 770 but the stamp on the back indicates 32E. It is 32inches long... so I am guessing that is the length, but is there a replacement in the E category? Additionally, I have a broken tilt latch and the spring balance covers are broken/cracked. I have ... (cont.)

32" SERIES 770 BALANCE is the balance I am looking for, However, my existing balance is stamped 3140. It is not stamped with a letter like all the other ones I am seeing in the other questions asked. Which one of these balances would be the equivalent of the one I have?

Various pictures are attached but I'm having trouble finding something that matches exactly online. Overall it's 32" long and, as you can see from one of the pictures it's marked with a 32D and a small letter J.

Balance is 1/2" X 1/2" x 33" from a 36" x 60" tilt sash window. Stamped on end "32C"

I need to replace one of the balances for my Milgard windows, installed around 2002. I measured them at 32", even though the stamp says 31. Channel width is 9/16".From the photos, you can see that someone tried to jury-rig it, presumably after the string broke. It's missing one of the pulleys, so ... (cont.)

I am servicing a few dozen PVC single hung. Some of them are without the block and tackle balances, which I have identified are similar to your S770 series. I do have the sash overall height and the weight. If the sash height is 34 inches, what would be the balance length?

These are for Republic Windows out of Chicago, IL. It's a tilt window, plain channel and looks very similar to your 770 series except at the top. Instead of the round plastic like wheel my window balance has a clip(see photo attached) it also at the top has a pin for the spring to attach to (see pho ... (cont.)

I have a "Single Hung window" by IWC (apparently they don't make my windows anymore). Double-paned and tilt. I need the balance channel (pictured above). It measures at 32" long, 1/2" wide, 1/2 deep. In the last picture one can see 32C B.S.I stamped on the channel. Thank you!

Would you please help identify the replacement balances needed? Need a few both the 32" and 28". Also, could use assistance in identifying the u shaped channel guide in which the bottom pins are inserted as I will need a couple of those and pins as well. I know I am looking for a series 770 32" sash replacement. The attached photo is the number staled on the current part. I don't know what weight I am looking for and hope this photo helps. If not do I simply weigh the window and divid by 2. Assuming each takes half the weight. Also not sure option? ... (cont.)

Balance spring is 32" long, my bottom sash weighs 17 lbs., tilt windows. It is definitely a plain channel balance not the ribbed. What replacement part do you suggest?

My tilt windows won't close flat down when you shut them. You have to press down in between the locks in order the lock them and even at that both bottom corners of the sash pull up and the sash frame is actually bowed. The glass measures 31 1/4" . The metal tube measures 32" and is stamped with 32D ... (cont.)
