Hello, I am looking for two replacement top sash guides for my channel balances that are 32D. There was a single screw at the top to attach the channel balance. If you need more pictures please let me know. Thank you and I hope you can help.

Hello, I am looking for a couple of balancers (32c), Pivot bars that fit to 1/2" pivot shoe. Please see attached photo of the window. Pivot bars already rusted and can't find the right parts replacement. Please let us know if you have available parts for my window. Thank you

Pictured is the 27HD that measures 28" x 9/16 x 1/2 with the window weight of 19 lbs. I also have 31HD that measures 31 15/16 x 9/16 x 1/2. the windows are double channeling and the places I've researched have said they are no longer avail.

I have what looks like to be broken block and tackle rods for a window. I am trying to figure out what parts I need to replace the broken part or what else I can do to have the window working again.

I need replacement window balances with a stamped 32E BSI on them. The window is about 35 pounds. The length of the channel is 33 inches Picture 1 is the stamping and picture 2 is the ends. The channel is attached via the hook into a square slot.

Balance is 36" looks like the S751 but the metal channel is plain instead of ribbed?

I have 20 dbl hung aluminum windows that are no longer operable and requiring the old balancers to be replaced Units are about 30 + years old and all tilt in, was able to remove the balancers but couldn't extract the pivot shoes Is there a specific formula on removing and installing these? ... I am looking for a balance similar to the 770 but mine has a little barrel at the end instead of a hook. And the stamp says 40G. Is this something you carry?

Need to replace both pivot shoes and black and tackles on my single hung tilt. Don't know what company made the window. Not sure what products you have that may work.

Do you have this balance in stock? Kinco series tw-1 sh Balance had the number 3130. 36" Lengths and 29" Lengths
