Unfortunately, there are no names, numbers or markings shown on my windows. So, I do not know the manufacturer. I thought they were made by Harvey Building Products but HBP said no. I need to replace the Tilt latches on the bottom window. The measurements are 1 inches by 3 Inches with two inches between the screws on Center. The depth is 3/8 inch. The measurement across the outer edges of the screws is 2 5/16 inches
