Hello, My grandson needs me to fix a window in an apartment he owns. So, it is approximately 3 inches long, 1 inch wide, and has 2 inches between holes. I need to replace the Tilt latches on the bottom window. The measurements are 1 inches by 3 Inches with two inches between the screws on Center. The depth is 3/8 inch. The measurement across the outer edges of the screws is 2 5/16 inches

The lock is White, approximately 3.5" long, a little over an inch wide and the screws are 2" apart in center. The lock is flush mount and all plastic.

Bought this house with replacement windows installed some time ago. I Bought the broken latch using Part # F2598. As you look at the window on the right side a plastic part is broken. I cant seem to find one that matches exactly. one I need is similar to 26-344 but my is 1/18 wide and opening is round not square. would this one work or would something else work better. thanks Clyde

I need a tilt latch for a double hung window. The dimensions are 1" wide, 2-3/4" long, and about 5/16" thick. The screw holes are about 1-13/16" apart. Do you carry this part (in almond color) or do you know of anyone who does? This part is off a 'CareFree' window.
