Need help identifying these window latches tried latches from Home Depot but did not fit

Looking for replacement lift handles, stops and the plastic base located at the bottom of the spiral sash. window attaches to the plastic base to facilitate the tilting operation.

Window is NAMI code A-162-1 series 385 DH-R30 MST 3860. I need a pivot bar I have the screw and case. Which one would I buy?

I am looking for two 11 1/2" long (from top to bottom) patio door handles. The first screw is 3/4" from the top of the handle, the middle screw is 4 5/8" from the top of the handle,and the bottom screw is 8 5/8" from the top of the handle. These photos may not be the best! Could not find numbers or names or markings. These parts are what help the window go up and down. the strings & the metal cylinders are no longer tight. If you can not make out the items in these photos I will try to get a different angle

The above pictured tilt latch has a number on the slide: L306. It is spring loaded and rounded on the closed side. The dimensions are: 3,3/8" long, 1" wide. I called the company they longer make those windows nor carry the parts. Holes are 2 inches apart. Not sure about the part that goes into the window to hold in place. I need a right and left lock. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Tilt in Latch that was a 2nd iteration for Bell-View aluminum windows. I guess Bell-View went out of business. Can't reach them.
