I need both sides for 3 windows. Is there a top and bottom for one side? Thanks

Measurements for the piece are:1 1/4 inch across the top4 1/8 inch in height7/8 inch thicknessI need to order two (2) of these for 2 windows.

Both coil balance springs broke on a Certainteed double hung window. The only number I see stamped on the coil is 10. Is there a Model S170-410? or will a S170-409 be compatible. GM

Trying to figure out which series # will be the proper replacement for broken coiled balance springs for my windows. Springs on both sides have snapped. The pivot shoe # reads A186160 if that helps. Can you please help me ~ thank you!

I have identified pivot bars[26-175) the pivot style shoe (15-192j,and the balance drum(15-157) but the coil balance spring does not have a number stamped on it so I don?t know if it?s a S-170-407 or 408 or 409. Is there another way to identify it Thank you

I need a constance force window balance for a Simonton double hung non impact window. The coil says 409l. It was installed by a contractor, and bought from Town and Country distributors here in Florida. The old one is out and I will buy a new one if you tell me how. Thanks

I recently bought spiral balances from your company and have installed them in all my windows (the windows work great). We were able to remove the window and the balance shoes, supports and coils. The numbers on the shoes are AF87598; The numbers on the supports are H65 34/5M. The coil has a 10 on it, with a J underneath. Both coils have snapped in half (half is on the shoes and the other half is on the support ... (cont.)

Hi, I need to replace my coil balance springs ... I'm certain I have an old style certainteed (without the nub) ... My springs however, have a 10 J stamped on them ... they look like 171 springs, they are bronze colored, not silver ... I can't tell for sure though ... i weighed my windo ... (cont.)
