S390-35 35" Series 390 Channel Balance

Hello, I am trying to identify which of your part numbers I should order to replace the window channel balance in the attached photos. They are 35" long and have 3440 stamped on them. Please let me know if more photos or details are needed. Thank you, Kevin

I installed the balancers I ordered from you and they work much better. I would like a little more spring action, though. I have 8 more windows in my Florida room to repair. Should I order them with the 3430 spring option instead of the 3420?.

My balancers have the number 34 2 Caldwell. The metal portion of the balancer is 35 inches long. Would the sash weight be 3420? Just a guess. Help!!

Hi, I have an odd-ball stamp on the channel balances I need to replace. It's 3470. Is this a custom size? The series 390 channel balance with a 35" long metal channel for a non tilt window. 9/16" (1/2") with a 15-001 shoe and a 19-002 top attached seems like the perfect match, except the stamp. ... The balance spring assembly is 35 1/8" long from metal edge to metal edge. It comes from a NuAir single hung window unit. The window itself is 50 1/2" wide. Two of my channel balances broke on what I think are Quaker Pamela windows. They are 35" long. I need four replacement balances They are stamped 3490 BSA RV 33.
