S390-35 35" Series 390 Channel Balance

Numbers stamped on the balance is 3450 bsi

Hi, I am in need of a viking window balance. It is 1/2" (9/16") wide and 35 1/8" long. The only identifying marks that I can see is the number 3430. I believe the window was made in the year 1996.

Can someone help me locate these parts? I searched 3410 but I have several items come up. I'm not sure what to get. Thank you!

Please see photos of existing window balance, including of both ends, metal clip, nylon fittings, underside, and stamps/markings. The length of the channel portion measures 35 inches. The markings on the channel state: 34 5 EX CMC 7 Thank you.

I want to confirm I am ordering the correct parts. Would you be able to tell me which channels to buy?

Not sure what parts to order. Stamp is 34-C. Metal portion tip to tip is 35". 5/8" width. Thanks Diane

Measurement 35" length Width = 9/16" Stamp on balance = 3430

I think the part on the channel reads 34-3 B5 Caldwell. The length of the metal part only is 35 inches (34 15/16 to be exact. I think this is a model 351 that is 35 inches long but I want to be sure.

I have 30+-year-old Gayco windows and The nylon string attached to the spring has broken on top of them.

Hi , I can't find the correct size of replacement balance for my windows. The ones I am to replace have stamped numbers 3390 and 35. The metal piece does however only measure 34 inches, I measure exactly 35 with the plastic inserts. The metal has hemmed edges. I need 4 pieces for two windows. Than ... (cont.)

Hello - The plastic pulley wheels have failed on my channel balances and I need help finding replacement parts (assuming the channel balance assembly). My assemblies are 35" end-to-end measuring only the metal channel of the assembly (not the end pieces). Do you have these parts or can you direct me ... (cont.)

I'm trying to figure out which window blance I need. THere are a number of models that all look the same/similar to the one I need- S351 and/or S390 and possibly S395. Can you look at the picture and cofirm which one I need?Also - please confirm, when measuring length, I am only measuring the meat ... (cont.)

It says 34-3 GP Caldwell. It's is approximately 35 inches long and 1/2 inch wide

Channel balance is 35" long, 5/8" wide and 9/16" deep. Can you advise which is correct replacement part? Thanks.
