Hi Folks I have a single hung, wood sash of 21 lbs. Height of 28" . From long point of sill to bottom check rail of top sash is 27". Jamb height overall is 54" from long point of sill. I have PGT windows that have spiral balances (24" x 5/8" w/blue tip. We are about 100 yards from the ocean and the ends of the spiral balances are rotted off.
